Title Sales Manager

A well-established, industry leading, Title and Appraisal company currently has a position available for a Title Sales Manager in the Manchester Township, NJ area. This role would receive a generous base salary, terrific bonus and commission rates, an outstanding benefits package (including medical, vision, and dental) a 401K matching plan, profit sharing, potential hybrid options, and PTO along with other terrific perks.

Required work experience includes:

• Please do NOT apply unless you have 5+ years of experience with Sales Team Management, including but not limited to: Goal Setting, Motivating, and Managing a heavy commission-driven Sales Team
• High level of experience in producing Real Estate Titles and Appraisals is a MUST
• Experienced with Business Development, Building Partnerships, B2B transactions, and establishing Joint Ventures is a MUST
• Title Producer License in New Jersey is a MUST
• Willing to Travel 25% of the time (on occasion) will be a BIG PLUS
• Ability to provide a book of business is a BIG PLUS
