Salary: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a designated territory, securing new clients and maintaining relationships to ensure long-term retention and client satisfaction.
- Utilize industry data to compile targeted lists of potential customers, leveraging leads from various sources.
- Execute outreach plans through cold calling, networking events, and meetings with key industry stakeholders such as real estate professionals, lenders, and attorneys.
- Build and deliver tailored presentations to various audiences, adapting content to meet client needs and objectives.
- Maintain market visibility by attending industry functions and participating in community events to foster connections and enhance brand awareness.
- Collaborate with internal marketing teams to create effective local marketing materials and social media strategies.
Minimum Position Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2-5 years of proven success in outside sales, particularly in the title insurance or real estate industry.
- Solid understanding of the sales cycle and a drive for achieving revenue targets.
- Experience with sales database systems, such as Salesforce.
- Valid driver’s license for territory travel.
Preferred Qualifications:
- College degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Familiarity with the local real estate market and key industry players.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Demonstrable ability to adapt sales strategies to changing market conditions.
