Title Insurance Sales Representative

Salary: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a designated territory, securing new clients and maintaining relationships to ensure long-term retention and client satisfaction.
  • Utilize industry data to compile targeted lists of potential customers, leveraging leads from various sources.
  • Execute outreach plans through cold calling, networking events, and meetings with key industry stakeholders such as real estate professionals, lenders, and attorneys.
  • Build and deliver tailored presentations to various audiences, adapting content to meet client needs and objectives.
  • Maintain market visibility by attending industry functions and participating in community events to foster connections and enhance brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing teams to create effective local marketing materials and social media strategies.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-5 years of proven success in outside sales, particularly in the title insurance or real estate industry.
  • Solid understanding of the sales cycle and a drive for achieving revenue targets.
  • Experience with sales database systems, such as Salesforce.
  • Valid driver’s license for territory travel.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • College degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with the local real estate market and key industry players.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
