Title Clerk - Automotive Dealership - $21/hour

Automotive dealership looking for experienced Title Clerk to join their accounting team!!!

Responsibilities

  • We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented professional who takes pride in their performance and ensures efficient and accurate automotive accounting
  • In this role you will process title work precisely, assist customers with title process, and rectify title issues
  • Process and complete title paperwork for new and pre-owned retail
  • Process inventory and wholesales
  • Perform accounting and title work tasks for multiple dealerships
  • Ensures accounting deadlines are met consistently
  • Resolves internal inquiries quickly, effectively and in a friendly manner
  • Providing cross-functional accounting support
  • Perform month end closing activities comprehensively

Qualifications

  • Automotive title work experience; 3 years
  • CDK experience is a plus
  • Strong detail-orientation and organization skills
