Job Description
We are seeking a Tier 2 IT Engineer to join our client's IT support team. If you're a tech-savvy problem solver, this is your chance to take your career to the next level while supporting a dynamic IT environment.
What You’ll Do:
✔ Provide Tier 2 technical support for end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues
✔ Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft Intune and O365 environments
✔ Perform device management, app deployment, and system updates via Intune
✔ Assist with troubleshooting and configuration of O365 applications and services
✔ Collaborate with IT teams to support system implementations, upgrades, and migrations
What We’re Looking For:
🔹 3+ years of experience in IT support, with a focus on Tier 2 issues
🔹 Strong experience with Intune and O365 administration
🔹 Proficiency in Active Directory, Windows Server, and other key IT tools
🔹 Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
🔹 Strong communication and customer service skills
