THE OPPORTUNITY
Join an established thoracic surgery program in Glendale (Phoenix metro) in partnership with Biltmore Cardiology. This employed position focuses on non-cardiac thoracic surgery, joining a team of 2 cardiothoracic surgeons. Physician-led structure with centralized administrative support.

COMPENSATION
- Total First Year: $550,000 - $750,000+
- Includes: Competitive base, wRVU production bonus, sign-on bonus, relocation
