• Certified Stroke Hospital
• Part of the largest Inpatient Rehab Health System in the Country

About the Position:

As a therapy manager you are the bridge between dedicated clinicians and the positive impact they make on patients. Develop leaders, influence patients profoundly, and utilize your clinical and management skills with the national post-acute care leader. Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's, Masters or Doctorate in Therapy (PT, OT or SLP) from an accredited program
• Must have previous leadership experience
• Must be detail oriented but also able to see the big picture
• Excellent communication skills across all levels
• Serve as a liaison with internal and external customers
• Collaborative, team building personality style
• Servant leader mindset
