Test Coordinator
Job Description
- Monitor and identify emerging risks and challenges that could reasonably impact the successful delivery of any deliverables under this contract and proactively suggest strategies to mitigate these challenges and risks to the Project Authority.
- Schedule and attend monthly meetings with the Project Authority to provide the Project Authority with an update on progress to date and to flag emerging risks and challenges and discuss mitigation strategies.
- Make themselves available to attend meetings with the Project Authority via Microsoft Teams.

The Bidder must demonstrate its experience in supplying the required resources by providing detailed resumes of the proposed resources. The Bidder must include at least one (1) resource with minimum of 5 years of experience within the last 10 years as a Test Coordinator, Level 2, and at least one (1) resource with minimum of 5 years of experience within the last 10 years as a Tester, Level 2.
For each project cited, the following details must be identified on the proposed project:
a) Project title. b) Project period (start & end dates). c) Brief definition of project objectives. d) The role of the proposed professional resource. e) Description of the work undertaken. f) Client organization name. g) Client contact name; and Client contact phone number and/or email address. |

The Bidder must demonstrate experience at least one (1) project where the proposed resources have delivered professional services addressing all of the following:
• The project scope and deliverables. • A description of the methodology used to conduct accessibility conformance testing. • A description of how the test results from accessibility conformance testing were analysed, and • Estimated timelines for all tasks outlined in section 5 of the SOW.
Note: Bidder must complete the Bidder Response form to corporate requirements to address the corporate requirements, providing a detailed description consisting of a minimum of 200 words. |

The proposed resources (Tester, L2 and Test coordinator, L2) must have completed a minimum of one of the following certifications in accessibility conformance testing by the date their bid is submitted:
1. International Association of Accessibility Professionals (IAAP) Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies (CPACC) or/and
2. IAAP Web Accessibility Specialist (WAS) or/and
3. IAAP Certified Professional in Web Accessibility (CPWA) or/and
4. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Trusted Tester Certification for Web) or/and
5. International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB)—Foundation Level Mobile Application Testing Certification or/and
6. Contributing member of accessibility standards working group such as W3C WCAG working groups) or/and
7. Mobile Accessibility Certificate from Coursera, LinkedIn Learning, Udacity, Brainstation, Deque University or equivalent online course) or/and
OR
(b) have at least 36 months of paid professional experience providing accessibility conformance testing services for mobile applications (for tester) and accessibility conformance testing coordinator services (for test coordinator) within the past 72 months of the bid solicitation posting date.
Note: The Contractor must provide curriculum vitae signed digitally by the resource person for all resources it would assign to perform work under the contract. |
