Territory Sales Representative

Full-time Remote Territory Sales Representative needed for a distribution and value-added manufacturing company selling B2B products into the Industrial & Chemical sectors.

CDP Solutions has been retained to identify a Territory Sales Representative for the Tennessee region with the main focus areas of Nashville to Knoxville. The Territory Sales Representative will spend 60% of their time focused around developing new business and 40% of their time focused around grow pre-existing customers in the market. This position is critical to ensuring the company achieves it sales growth targets by providing consultative solutions to our customer needs.

Qualifications include:

  • Prior experience with relationship-based sales
  • Ability to work out of a home office setting

Compensation

In addition, the client offers an excellent benefits package including 401(k), medical and dental coverage, disability insurance, life insurance, training programs and mileage, and travel expense account.

Salary: $100,000 - $115,000

Car payment: $8,000 annually

Car mileage: $.70 per mile

Commission: $20,000 - $35,000 based on company performance

Travel allowance

Annual compensation range: $120,000 - $150,000 plus car plan

Remote: working from a home office and travel throughout the Tennessee market with a primary focus of Nashville to Knoxville.
