Job Title: Territory Sales Representative

With a commitment to excellence and a focus on customer satisfaction, they are expanding their team and seeking a highly motivated Territory Sales Representative to join them.

Job Summary: As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales across the province of Alberta. Your primary objective will be to meet and exceed sales targets by establishing and cultivating strong relationships with existing and potential customers. This role requires a results-driven individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory through proactive prospecting, lead generation, and conversion of opportunities.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs, provide solutions, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify the territory's trends, opportunities, and competitive activities. Use this information to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products/services and effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations to key decision-makers, addressing their specific needs and showcasing the value proposition of our offerings.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized and up-to-date sales pipeline, regularly reporting on progress and activities to sales management.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure a cohesive and positive customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • English
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Highly driven and motivated sales/relationship builder
  • Willingness to learn new products
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Ability to travel - this is an on the road 5 days a week position with a home office based in Calgary
