The company is expanding its sales efforts to include more B2B clients and is looking for a dynamic Territory Sales Representative to help achieve these ambitious goals. The Role:
As a Territory Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in scaling the company's sales efforts. Reporting directly to the owner, you will take over and grow existing sales responsibilities. This remote position requires at least five years of sales experience, preferably in the building materials industry. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and traveling up to 50% of the time to meet with clients and attend industry events. Given the company's growth trajectory, there is significant potential for this role to evolve into a leadership position.

Benefits and Compensation:
  • Base salary: $50,000-$80,000, depending on experience
  • Tiered commission plan. with an "all in" compensation potential: $125,000-$150,000+ first year.
