Role Description:
We are seeking a driven, self-reliant "go-getter" to join our client's team as a Territory Sales Representative. This is an outside sales role based in the New England market, requiring the candidate to live in Connecticut or Massachusetts. The core function of this position is to manage and build up this territory, spanning from Maine to New Jersey. In this role, candidates will sell to 2-step distributors as well as select dealers. The representative will be responsible for spearheading the growth of this market and developing relationships with local buyers to establish a regular customer base. The role is heavy on customer-facing activities and requires a personable individual who is trustworthy and willing to learn.

Key Requirements:
- 2+ years of sales experience.
- Experience in the Wood Door or Pre-hung door industry is an absolute must.
- Existing knowledge of the market and industry.
- Proven experience selling to 2-Step Distributors and Dealers.
- Ability to work Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.
- High travel commitment: 4 days in the field, 1 day for admin, with approximately 50% overnights.

- The compensation package is highly competitive, structured to reward a successful candidate generously:
- Base Salary Range: $90,000 to $100,000.
- Commission: Uncapped commission at 1-1.5% on sales.
- Estimated "All In" Compensation: A successful candidate is projected to earn $150,000 - $200,000.Car/Travel Package: Includes a car allowance of $650/month plus reimbursement for gas receipts.
