Responsibilities:
As a Commercial Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with contractors, developers, and property managers. You will generate new business opportunities, prepare and deliver competitive project bids and proposals, and interpret architectural plans and blueprints to ensure accuracy in material specifications. The role requires performing timely material take-offs, providing technical support on commercial-grade products, and coordinating with inside sales, estimating, and dispatch teams to ensure projects run smoothly. You will monitor project milestones, address challenges as they arise, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the process. Staying up to date on building materials, industry best practices, and construction cycles will be critical to your success. At times, you may also assist with material deliveries to ensure excellent customer service.
