Who They Are
We have partnered with a growing regional building materials distributor in Kansas City to identify a Territory Sales Rep to cover the single-family new construction space. The ideal candidate will have a track record of sales success in the building materials space and will be focused on business development at a contractor level. This position offers a strong base salary plus monthly uncapped commission and a complete benefits package.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute a sales plan to target single-family home builders and contractors
  • Identify new sales opportunities while continuing to develop existing relationships
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
What You'll Need
  • Experience in sales within the construction industry
  • Strong understanding of single-family home-building processes
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools
