\Territory Sales Manager – Puerto Rico

Location: Puerto Rico
Compensation: $70k base + PB Commision of 100% of Base $140k+
Type: Full-Time

GRC Executive is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a rapidly growing organization serving highly regulated industries throughout Puerto Rico and the United States.

We are seeking a results-driven Territory Sales Manager to lead business development efforts across Puerto Rico. This is a true hunter role focused on generating new business, expanding existing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, healthcare, manufacturing, and other regulated industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a territory growth strategy for Puerto Rico.
  • Identify, prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities.
  • Expand existing customer relationships through cross-selling and upselling initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with Facilities, Quality, Compliance, Engineering, Operations, and Executive stakeholders.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and manage opportunities through the full sales cycle.
  • Collaborate closely with operations and service teams to ensure successful execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage activities, forecasting, and sales performance.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–7 years of successful B2B sales experience.
  • Proven track record of prospecting, pipeline generation, and closing new business.
  • Experience selling technical services, industrial services, compliance-related solutions, or other consultative B2B offerings is highly desirable.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of working independently.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required.
  • Puerto Rico market knowledge strongly preferred.
