Territory Sales Manager

The Territory Sales Manager will devise and implement sales plans to maintain and increase territory revenue. Key abilities include building relationships with customers' key decision makers and creating opportunities for product specification at new OEM end users.

What You Will Do:

  • Create and implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Build customer and key decision-maker relationships.
  • Develop and understanding of company offerings, market environment and competitive landscape to effectively increase interest in, and use of, company products, capabilities, and services.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Pursue new business opportunities through networking, prospecting and cold calling.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Applications Engineering and Customer Service to address client needs effectively.
  • Support and maintain company profit margin guidelines while meeting sales expectations from assigned accounts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Use and maintain the Leads pursuit process and tracking system within ERP and CRM.
  • Provide various reports including; call reports, call plans, sales forecasts, as well as other reports.
What You Will Need

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree (four year college or technical school) Field of Study: Business, Marketing or Technical Discipline
  • Experience selling into Industrial, Aerospace or Military markets.
  • At least 3 years of job-related experience; industrial field preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • At least 5 years of job-related experience preferably in an industrial field.
