Territory Sales Manager

Note: This is a remote plus travel position and must currently reside in the Western / Southwestern United States.

Note: This is a remote plus travel position and must currently reside in the Western / Southwestern United States.
Compensation: $105,000 - $120,000 (base salary of $80-90k, bonus program, and profit sharing), Comprehensive Health, Dental and Vision (100% employer-paid for single coverage), excellent 401K, generous PTO and much more!
Position Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years of food sales experience (on the distribution side vs retail)
- Ability to travel 50% of the time (remote work otherwise)
- Bachelor's degree a plus
- Experience with CRM software (Salesforce.com or similar).
- Strong sales and account management capabilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation and customer service skills
- Effective judgment, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Salesforce.
- Familiarity with market trends and competitive landscape.
