The Role
The Territory Sales Manager will spearhead the company’s sales efforts in the Texas market, with a focus on growing brand awareness and driving revenue in this key region. Ideally based in DFW, this remote/field-based role requires extensive travel throughout the state. The successful candidate will build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, negotiate deals, and strategically expand market share. Reporting directly to the company’s owners, the position offers significant autonomy and demands a self-starter with excellent market knowledge, particularly in commercial roofing and roof coatings. The company is aiming for ambitious first-year revenue targets, creating an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional to make a strong impact.

Benefits and Compensation
  • Base salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000
  • Commission structure of 1-5% on a sliding scale
  • Annual "all-in" compensation potential of $120,000 to $150,000
