Who They Are
We are partnering with a 35-year-old independent rep firm based in Southeast Michigan that is looking for an experienced Territory Sales Manager. This firm has deep relationships with both the top 20 general contractors and architectural firms in the region, while also representing the best brands in the industry. Because of growth, they are looking to expand their team's footprint and are looking for someone with a strong knowledge of the commercial construction space and ideally knows the waterproofing, vapor shield, air barriers, and expansion joint world, but it isn't necessary to be a high-value contributor.

What You'll Do
  • Establish and maintain relations with General Contractors, architects, and engineering firms
  • Responsible for product training, leadership, business advice, sales, and marketing assistance
  • Service existing customers while developing a new customer base
What You'll Need
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience selling a specified product
  • Commercial building envelope product sales experience preferred
  • Strong sales experience with General Contractors
  • Strong presentation and organizational skills
