What You'll Do
- Coordinate and provide technical, product, and sales training for team members and contractors
- Drive customer retention, increase share-of-wallet, and new customer acquisition
- Attend and represent the company at related industry conventions, seminars, trade shows, branch functions, etc.
- Prepare presentations and reports for executive management
- College degree
- Specific industry knowledge preferred
- Experience calling on contractors and distributors
- Single-ply, membrane, or coatings background preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Willing to travel up to 50%
