Territory Representative (10365)

Who They Are
We’ve been retained by a 100-year-old, privately held leading manufacturer in the athletics and recreation market. Due to promotion, they are looking for a Territory Rep to continue building upon the book of business in the Mid-Atlantic region, working with end users and A&D in education, hospitality, the fitness industry, and distributors in the market. This is a growth position, and they are looking for someone to grow with them long term into a leadership role. Compensation includes a strong base plus quarterly bonus, and excellent benefits!

What You'll Do
  • Manage and develop relationships with existing sales and distribution channels
  • Communicate customer and account requirements for both existing and new customers
  • Meet or exceed territory sales revenue forecasts
  • Manage the Salesforce.com database
What You'll Need
  • 4+ years of experience in outside sales territory management
  • Experience in flooring, building materials, or related products
  • Experience selling to A&D firms, schools, hospitality, or within the fitness industry
