This leading medical device company is seeking a territory manager for their Surgical Specialties division selling a two portfolio consisting of leading OR infection prevention products and Biosurgery disposable products. We need someone that is a great cross between a hunter and a farmer. Someone who can hustle to get the business and then build that new business to become a residual of great income. Candidate must have a dynamic personality, can wear a lot of hats, able to speak to many different call points and is driven by a "pay for performance" culture. Ability to sell beyond "feature and benefits" to a "conceptual sale".
Call-points include: Operating room: managers (drive contracts), team leads, nurses, techs, and surgeons across specialties Purchasing/materials management Supply chain Quality nurses Infection control nurses
OB/GYN, General, Urology, ENT, EP, Ortho
$65-$85K base; Uncapped, 6 month guaranty; Full Med/Dental Benefits; company car, all expenses paid.Qualifications:
- Medical device sales experience (3-10 years) covering procedures in the Operating Room.
- Will consider strong B2B
