Job Description: This Territory Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales and business development within an assigned geographic area in the construction industry. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective account management and product support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage relationships with contractors, builders, and distributors.

  • Generate new business and expand market share within the assigned territory.

  • Conduct site visits to assess client needs and provide product or service recommendations.

  • Negotiate contracts, prepare quotes, and follow up on sales leads.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development within the construction or building materials industry.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory.

  • Knowledge of construction processes, equipment, or materials preferred.
