Territory Manager

Responsibilities:

This leading medical device company is seeking a territory manager for their Surgical Specialties division selling a disposable portfolio consisting of leading OR infection prevention products and hemostatic sealants. We need someone that is a great cross between a hunter and a farmer. Someone who can hustle to get the business and then build that new business to become a residual of great income. Candidate must have a dynamic personality, can wear a lot of hats, able to speak to many different call points and is driven by a "pay for performance" culture. Ability to sell beyond "feature and benefits" to a "conceptual sale".

Call-points include: OR administrators/managers, all surgical specialty surgeons, OR nurses, scrub techs, infection prevention department, supply chain, and purchasing.


Compensation:
$65-$85K base; $130-$170K target; 6 month guaranty; Full Med/Dental Benefits; Stock options, company car, all expenses paid.

Qualifications:
  • Medical device sales experience (4-8 years) covering procedures in the Operating Room
  • Bachelors degree required
  • Clean driving record required
  • Documented sales success
