TERRITORY MANAGER – WESTERN CANADA

Grasslands Recruitment Specialists has been retained to recruit a Territory Manager who is responsible for strategically increasing market share through existing dealer/customer growth as well as new dealer/customer development. You will maintain exceptional dealer/customer relationships and conduct business in the highest ethical manner.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF THE TERRITORY MANAGER

You will maintain exceptional dealer/customer relationships and conduct business in the highest ethical manner. Your professionalism and addressing all dealer/customer inquiries promptly is paramount as the Territory Sales Manager will be the company lead in relaying accurate information as well as providing excellent product and service training.

WORK SCHEDULE

In this remote role, you will work out of your home office 50% of the time and travel your territory 50% of the time.

AM I A GOOD FIT FOR THIS EXCITING OPPORTUNITY?

Ideal Candidates will have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher education or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of B2B Sales experience

You will exhibit a high level of professionalism, excellent prospecting & closing skills, sales planning including forecasting, territory management and time management. You have market knowledge as well as a proven history of meeting sales goals.
