Territory Account Specialist – Health & Medical Supplies

Our client is seeking a driven Territory Account Specialist to grow their Incontinence business across Long-Term Care, Assisted Living, and Memory Care facilities. This role focuses on prospecting new accounts, expanding existing relationships, and driving sales growth within the St. Louis area

What You’ll Do:

  • Identify and convert new business while maintaining existing accounts
  • Build strong relationships with healthcare facilities, distributors, and partners
  • Collaborate with regional teams to onboard new accounts and expand product adoption
  • Drive revenue growth through upselling and strategic pricing initiatives
  • Represent our client at trade shows and customer meetings

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years in sales/account management (healthcare preferred)
  • Proven success in prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Willingness to do weekly overnight travel
