JOB PURPOSE / SUMMARY

Our client in the Automobile industry is seeking a Tenders, Pre-Qualification & Special Projects Assistant to work with the Tenders Team to ensure that the Company is pre-qualified [i.e. preparing prequalification documents] to move to the tendering stage, and to ensure that Pre-Qualification & Tenders are submitted within the agreed timeframe."

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES
  • Assigned Pre-Qualification & Tenders Related Activities
  • Follow up with assigned areas on notification for Pre-Qualification & Tenders.
  • Monitoring stationery supplies & other Tender related items
  • Collaborating with the respective team/s in order to ensure that the Company’s.
  • Undertake assignments and perform other assigned related duties"
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
  • Qualifications- Primary, Secondary & Tertiary Education will be an asset- A Professional.
  • Minimum of three (3) years in the respective or related field
  • Computer literate and experience in the use of Microsoft Office
  • Experience in Customer service will be an asset
  • Knowledge of the Automotive Industry, accounting and Finance will be an asset
  • Basic HSSE knowledge and Safe System of Works will be an asset.
  • Possession of a valid driving permit with a minimum of three (3) years’ driving experience.
  • Ability to drive Manual Transmission will be an asset."
