Temporary Admin Assistant Needed

Looking for a flexible gig with a small, friendly contractor? We're on the hunt for an Administrative Assistant/ Bookkeeper to help our client for the next few months.

Job Duties:

  • Answering phones and provide customer service.
  • Creating tickets and service orders.
  • Assisting with payroll, pricing, and construction billing in the billing department.
  • Tackling other admin tasks to keep things running smoothly.

Details:

  • Hours: We’re open to part-time or full-time, hours must be consistent each week.
  • Duration: A few months, with a chance it could turn into something permanent.
