Temporary Admin Assistant Needed
Looking for a flexible gig with a small, friendly contractor? We're on the hunt for an Administrative Assistant/ Bookkeeper to help our client for the next few months.
Job Duties:
- Answering phones and provide customer service.
- Creating tickets and service orders.
- Assisting with payroll, pricing, and construction billing in the billing department.
- Tackling other admin tasks to keep things running smoothly.
Details:
- Hours: We’re open to part-time or full-time, hours must be consistent each week.
- Duration: A few months, with a chance it could turn into something permanent.
