Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Maintaining consistency in reporting and recording
  • Accurate Data Entry
  • Payroll
  • Bank Reconciliations, maintain ledgers and prepare financial statements
  • Invoicing


  • Knowledge and experience in Sage and/or QuickBooks
  • Knowledge of Accounting, GST, Payroll
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work Independently.
  • Detail Oriented with Accuracy
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
