Temporary Administrative Assistant – Ongoing Pool
Hire Standard is building our ongoing pool of temporary administrative professionals to support our clients in Lethbridge and the surrounding area. These are not for one specific position; instead, successful applicants will be considered for various temporary assignments as client requests temporary office support.
Assignment length varies, and some may lead to permanent opportunities.
If you enjoy office work, adapt quickly, and are comfortable stepping into different workplaces, this might be a good fit.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Greeting visitors and answering phones
- Handling emails, correspondence, and basic communication
- Data entry, filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Scheduling appointments and supporting day-to-day office tasks
- Supporting day-to-day administrative tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Daytime availability Monday–Friday (typically between 8:00–5:00)
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, and accurate typing
- Friendly, professional communication
- Reliability, punctuality, and willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- A positive attitude and comfort working in new environments
