Our client, a rapidly scaling telecom innovator, is building out critical infrastructure to support a nationwide emergency response network. They’re seeking a Telecommunications Project Coordinator to take the lead in coordinating builds, tracking progress, and pushing mission-critical initiatives across the finish line.

Focus:

  • Coordinate end-to-end project logistics for wireless site builds in the South region.
  • Track construction progress, generate reports (Daily Field Reports, JSAs), and ensure milestones are met across multiple simultaneous deployments.
  • Utilize project tracking tools such as SiteTracker and Excel to maintain visibility on project health.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with program managers, senior leadership, and field teams to align schedules, escalate blockers, and track closeout packages.
  • Work within AT&T-based platforms (e.g., IWM, FileTrack, SwiftTrack) or equivalent telecom systems for project execution.
  • Operate with minimal oversight—success in this role requires a self-starting, adaptable mindset.

Skill Set:

  • Telecom Experience is Required – Must understand industry-specific processes and tools.
  • Familiarity with carrier-grade systems such as AT&T’s IWM, FileTrack, or SwiftTrack (or cross-compatible systems from T-Mobile, Verizon, or Dish).
  • Hands-on experience with SiteTracker and related construction reporting tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general project management practices.
  • Comfortable in a startup culture—expect flexibility, fast pace, and minimal red tape.
  • Ability to work hybrid in-office three days/week.
  • Adaptable to organizational changes and evolving client needs.
