(1) Review the current and proposed WAN design.

(2) Evaluate SD-WAN capabilities against CAF requirements & document findings.

(3) Guide others in the implementation of the ITIE prototype network

(4) Provide technical information to staff documenting the project.

(5) Other tasks as may become necessary during the run of the project.

• Resource must be able to supply their own transportation to DND and vendor sites within the National Capital Region
• As the equipment and software have already been procured, the resource must have experience with the following products:
  • Cisco SD-WAN
  • Cisco DNA Centre
  • Cisco ISE
  • Cisco routers and switches

The bidder must provide copies of all relevant documentation—such as degrees, diplomas, certifications, and other professional designations—as required under the minimum mandatory criteria or any additional mandatory criteria if specified. Failure to submit the appropriate documentation before the deadline will result in the bid being deemed non-responsive.

M1	Must hold current and valid Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) Enterprise Infrastructure certification.
M2	Must clearly demonstrate 5 years’ experience within the last 10 years as a lead engineer and/or staff mentor for technical projects
M3	Must clearly demonstrate 5 years’ experience within the past 10 years designing and validating enterprise networks using Cisco Software-Defined Wide Area Networking (SD-WAN).
M4	Must clearly demonstrate 5 years’ experience within the past 10 years designing and validating enterprise networks using Cisco Digital Network Architecture (DNA)
