Technology Solutions & Store Assistant

Our client is a locally owned technology solutions provider offering a wide range of residential and commercial services, including home audio, home theater, networking, video surveillance, home automation, and commercial A/V systems. They take pride in delivering high-quality, customized technology solutions that enhance comfort, security, and entertainment for their customers.

This position offers a unique blend of technical installation support and sales assistance, ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and interacting with customers. The successful candidate will assist in both residential and commercial projects, helping to bring cutting-edge technology systems to life.

Responsibilities:

Installation Support

  • Assist the lead installer with mounting TVs, installing speakers, and setting up home theater systems
  • Pull and organize wiring for residential and commercial projects
  • Safely handle, lift, and position A/V equipment
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment on job sites

Sales & Store Support

  • Assist customers on the sales floor with product information and recommendations
  • Help create and maintain in-store displays and demo areas
  • Support product deliveries and basic setup for customers
  • Collaborate with the sales team on quotes, inventory, and customer service

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (required)
  • Knowledge of or strong interest in residential and commercial A/V technology
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and installation work
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Eagerness to learn and develop expertise in technology systems
TYPICALLY Monday - Friday, 8:30-5:00 with occasional Saturdays as needed.

Hourly wage based on experience, generous commission for sales!
