About Our Client

Our client, a professional services firm located in downtown Toronto, is looking to hire a Technology Enablement Specialist on contract to cover a Maternity Leave till the end of May 2023. There is a possibility that this individual could be kept on beyond this term.


- Leading the development and design of SharePoint related projects as a developer and administrator, which
may include the execution of a future hub and spoke style intranet.
- Championing the use of Microsoft Office 365 products across the organization and partnering with business
units to discover and develop new use cases.
- Supporting organizational change management for projects related to the IT organization, including ITIL
- Collaborating with Solutions Management and IT Operations to pilot new technologies.
- Preparing documentation and materials such as training guides/manuals, best practices, and training slides
and managing our knowledge base manager to support employees, volunteers, and committee members.
- Leveraging the use of automation tools (UiPath RPA, Power Automate, AI, chatbots) to deliver operational
- Supporting the development of technology launch strategies and innovating approaches for the business in
conjunction with Manager, Technology Enablement and Adoption.


- Experienced in Information Systems/Technology with a minimum of 4 years progressive work experience with

various technologies including Microsoft Office365, specifically SharePoint and Teams.
- Knowledgeable with ITSM, specifically using ServiceNow as an administrator.
- Adept with migration tools such as Sharegate.
- Proficient with innovation cycles, pilot programs, or design.
- An exceptional communicator with strong interpersonal and relationship building skills who can deliver
presentations, training, and new technology rollouts flawlessly.
- Practiced with automation tools such as Power Automate and UiPath RPA.
