Job Title: Service Technician (Honda, Can-Am, Yamaha)
Location: Southeastern USA
Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 annually

Street/off-road motorcycle, ATV/UTV and personal watercraft tech needed

Position Overview: Our busy client in the SE USA is seeking an experienced Powersports technician to join their talented team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and hands-on experience working on Honda powersports and power equipment, as well as Can-Am and Yamaha products. This role is essential in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service and maintenance for their vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in various powersport vehicles, including motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and personal watercraft.
  • Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and upgrades as required.
  • Maintain accurate service records and documentation of work performed.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repairs and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and effectively communicate with clients regarding their vehicles' condition and necessary repairs.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Powersports technician or in a similar role, focusing on street and off-road motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and personal watercraft.
  • In-depth knowledge of Honda, Can-Am, and Yamaha products.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Relevant certifications or training in powersports technology are preferred.
  • Professional referrals and solid work history
