Our Harley-Davidson dealership client in the Mid-Atlantic region is seeking an experienced and motivated Motorcycle Technician to join their high-performing team. This role focuses on delivering exceptional service and quality repairs on a variety of Harley-Davidson models, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied and confident in their ride. The median home price in this vibrant university town is only $220,000.
Key Responsibilities

Perform accurate diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Harley-Davidson motorcycles.

Execute service orders efficiently, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Conduct thorough inspections and communicate findings with service advisors.

Stay current with Harley-Davidson service bulletins and updates.

Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to all dealership and manufacturer standards.

Provide mentorship and support to junior technicians as needed.
Requirements

3 to 15 years of motorcycle technician experience, with Harley-Davidson technician experience required.

Completion of a technical training program or equivalent on-the-job experience.

MMI certification or other OEM certifications are a plus.

Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of motorcycle systems, including electrical, fuel, and suspension.

Ability to follow repair procedures accurately and document completed work.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Valid motorcycle endorsement and driver’s license.

High school diploma or equivalent.
