Technical Trainers ( Oil & Gas)

Technical Trainers required for the Middle East

We are looking for experienced technical trainers for the Oil and gas industry, based in Kuwait.

This is a 5 +5 year contract

While refer to below for the specific requirements for the various role, please note the the key specifications for all candidates are:

• Must have extensive classroom training experience
• Must have Internationally recognized Assessor and Verifier qualifications, training qualifications such as Train the Trainer, Assessor, or Internal Verifier qualifications.
• Preference is given to candidates with tier one /tier two experience.
• Preference is given to candidates with minimum of 4/5 years full time instructor experience (Not freelance instructors) in a structured role.
• Maximum age 55 due to Visa cut-off @ 60 & possible for 5-years + commitment from commencement.
• Valid driving licence

The roles include:

Gas Operations Instructor (Refinery/Plant Operations Upstream

• Must have Internationally recognized Assessor and Verifier qualifications
• 5 years’ experience in technical training delivery/assessment in classroom and OJT workplace training.
• 10 years’ experience in Oil & Gas Upstream Gathering Centre

Instrument Engineering Maintenance Instructor (Operational - Upstream Environment

• Must have Internationally recognized Assessor and Verifier qualifications
• 10 years’ experience in International Major Oil & Gas Company in Operational - Upstream Environment.
• 5 years’ experience of technical training delivery and assessment in classroom, and OJT workplace training

Laboratory Operations Instructor (Operational – Upstream

• Internationally recognized Assessor and Verifier qualifications (both desirable).
• 10 years’ experience working in International Major Oil & Gas Companies in Operational - Upstream
• 5 years experience of technical training delivery and assessment in classroom, and OJT workplace training.
• Must possess a good level of English language ability, both spoken and written.

Production Operations Instructor (Operational – Upstream)

• Internationally recognized Assessor and Verifier qualifications (both desirable).
• 10 years’ working in International Major Oil & Gas Companies in an Operational - Upstream Environment.
• 5 years previous experience technical training delivery/assessment in classroom & OJT workplace training.
• Must possess a good level of English language ability, both spoken and written.

Water Handling Operations Instructor (Operational – Upstream

• Internationally recognized Assessor and Verifier qualifications (both desirable)
• 10 years’ experience working in International Major Oil & Gas Companies in Operational - Upstream
• 5 years experience of technical training delivery/assessment in classroom & OJT workplace training

Gas Operations Specialist (Operational – Upstream

• Internationally recognized Assessor and Verifier qualifications (both desirable).
• Act as SME and implement improvements to Gas Training to international best practice/ standards.
• 15 years' experience in related field and specialty
• 10 years’ experience in International Major Oil & Gas Companies in Operational - Upstream Environment.

Specialist – Learning and Development (Operational – Upstream O&G)

• Bachelor Degree level qualification (BSc, BEng, BA) from recognized university.
• Internationally recognized Assessor and Verifier qualifications (both desirable).
• 15 years' experience in related field and specialty
• 5 years’ experience in International Major Oil & Gas Companies in Operational - Upstream
• 15 years’ experience in Oil & Gas Upstream Operations and Maintenance
