What we’re looking for:
Technical Support- Assist Systems Warranty Manager with tracking requests for technical support. Provide technical support for refrigeration systems, electrical distribution products, and fueling systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a professional link between the Company and the end user in supporting Refrigeration products.

- Use warranty request system, email, and InContact to receive technical support requests.
- Log and document all calls.
- Provide documentation and information per customer request (Using Integra and Visual).
- Work with Engineering, Sales (outside and inside), and Parts Department to provide resolution to technical issues.
- Provide training to contractors on our systems.
- Forward more complex issues to Systems Division Warranty Manager for resolution.
