What You'll Do
- Develop and implement creative solutions to achieve customer satisfaction
- Work with customers to identify training needs for technicians and end users
- Approve all warranty and concession settlements not covered by standard factory policy
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- 5+ years of HVAC or factory technical support experience
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
