Technical Sales Representative - Corrugated Packaging

As a Technical Sales Representative focused on corrugated packaging solutions, you will be central to cultivating customer relationships and stimulating sales growth. Salary: $120,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Engage in active lead generation and strategy articulation to manage prospects and build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual sales goals and contribute to the organization’s objectives on an annual basis.
  • Fully utilize the CRM system (Salesforce.com) to track opportunities and manage the sales pipeline.
  • Navigate customer organizational structures to foster multipoint relationships integral to sales success.
  • Negotiate and manage multi-year contractual relationships with clients.
  • Deliver upon weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, driving commercial excellence.
  • Leverage internal resources to stay informed of market trends and competitive positions.
  • Conduct financial analyses to monitor profitability and track progress against financial targets.
  • Deploy strategic insights to drive long-term sales objectives inline with market dynamics.
  • Develop relationships across the company to unearth additional revenue streams and enhance the company’s commercial capabilities.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-5 years of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience, preferably in manufacturing or service industries.
  • Proven track record in sales execution and pipeline management.
  • Demonstrable ability to influence and drive results across various functional groups.
  • Proficient in creating and delivering effective presentations.
  • Strong financial acumen and sales competence.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook, and familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce.com.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in the corrugated packaging industry.
  • Experience with enterprise-level sales and management of large accounts.
  • Keen ability to develop new business strategies and revenue enhancement methodologies.
  • Advanced skills in analytical tools such as Power BI or QlikView for sales and financial data analysis.
