This is a direct hire opportunity to join a leading company in the corrugated industry as a Technical Sales Representative. Salary: $120,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Articulate sales vision and strategy effectively to identify and manage new opportunities; maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Meet or exceed individual budgeted volume sales goals to contribute to the organization's annual targets and objectives.
- Utilize the CRM system (Salesforce.com) to methodically manage opportunities and monitor pipeline regularly.
- Build and maintain relationships across multiple levels within customer organizations to ensure sales conversion.
- Negotiate and manage multi-year contractual agreements, placing a strong emphasis on profitability and sustainable relationships.
- Deliver consistent sales performance by meeting weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Promote and sell open machine capacity and value-added services by closely working with Area Operations teams.
- Utilize market trend data and internal resources to optimize sales strategies and stay ahead of competition.
- Monitor and report on profitability levels and financial metrics to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Develop cohesive strategies with internal teams across other facilities to tap into additional enterprise capabilities and create new revenue streams.
- Drive Commercial Excellence initiatives to foster an environment focused on exceeding volume and profit goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integrated strategy execution and margin improvement opportunities.
- Manage all aspects of the customer engagement through the sales lifecycle to meet contractual obligations and enhance customer satisfaction.
Minimum Position Qualifications:
- 2-5+ years of business-to-business (B2B) Sales experience, preferably in the manufacturing or service industry.
- Proven experience in sales execution, strategy implementation, and effective pipeline management.
- Strong capability in driving results and influencing others across various organizational functions.
- Proficient with creating and delivering high-impact presentations to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated sales competence with a solid understanding of financial analyses and profitability forecasting.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com and a familiarity with utilizing advanced reporting tools such as Power BI or QlikView.

- Extensive knowledge of the corrugated box industry and associated sales challenges and opportunities.
