Help Engineers Build Better Products

Combine Engineering Knowledge with Strategic Business Development.

Are you an engineer who enjoys building customer relationships as much as solving technical problems? Do you enjoy helping OEM engineering teams integrate engineered components into next-generation products?

My client is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to develop new business, strengthen OEM relationships, and help customers solve complex engineering challenges through advanced shock and vibration isolation solutions.

You'll partner with engineers and program teams developing next-generation defense platforms and mission-critical equipment where performance, reliability, and survivability matter.

This is far more than a traditional sales role. You'll work with engineering, purchasing, program management, operations, and executive leadership to help OEM customers specify engineered components into products.

  • Low group medical insurance premiums.
  • Generous 401(k) with 6% company match.
  • 12 paid company holidays.
  • Represent innovative engineered component technologies.
  • Build long-term strategic OEM relationships.
  • Career growth within an expanding global organization.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Build relationships with engineering, purchasing, operations, program management, and executive leadership.
  • Identify opportunities to specify engineered components into customer applications.
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals.
  • Support technical discussions involving shock and vibration.
  • Coordinate projects from opportunity through production.
  • Develop territory growth strategies.
  • Travel approximately 30%.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related engineering discipline.
  • Three or more years of technical sales, business development, account management, or applications engineering experience.
  • Experience selling engineered components, mechanical assemblies, or technical solutions to OEM customers.
  • Experience developing OEM relationships.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts with engineers and business leaders.
  • Ability to travel approximately 30%.
