Post-secondary education - Human Resource or Technical Diploma an asset

  • Keen attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exposure to various HR functions
Nice to see:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to learn new programs - QuickBooks, ATS, CRM, etc.
  • Using the Google suite of products (Gmail, Google drive, Google sheets)
Job Responsibilities:
  • Revising compliance policy and procedures
  • Writing and posting job ads which demand action
  • Assisting with back-end process ensuring documents are filed appropriately
  • Data entry
  • Tracks and manages interaction on CRM/ATS tool
  • Payroll and accounting functions
  • Observe and learn the complete recruitment cycle
  • Perform other duties as required
