The Technical Product Owner has 5+ years of relevant work experience. Collaborating with prospective users and clients to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements
Defining the vision for the team’s product
Creating a product road map based on this vision
Managing the product backlog and prioritizing them based on changing requirements
Overseeing all stages of product creation including design and development
Developing user stories
Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process
Liaising with the product team and end-users to deliver updates
Participating in Scrum meetings and product sprints
e-commerce and Order Management System experience preferred
Java/Spring Boot and familiar with .NET where OMS UI integrations apply.
Ability to drive robust performance for the Order Management System Dashboard - an internal tool used by developers, QAs, customer service agents, and business stakeholders - backend and frontend experience preferred to support a full stack team of developers
Expertise in design and implementation of IT solutions, specifically around the Order Management Dashboard
Proficient in multiple technologies or systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to work with business stakeholders and communicate roadmap progress effectively
