• The Technical Manager will be an SME in production equipment and utility systems, process technology, and plant operating practices and act as a PSM/RMP program coordinator.
• Troubleshoot site Delta V process control system and Aspen IP.21 data historian including batch operations, EM management, and cyber security functionality (RSSC-L).
• Responsible to 2 direct reports.
• 10-20% travel.
• Directly support production activities (50%). Manage PSM / RMP Program (35%). Personnel Management (15%).
• Relocation available. $130K-$160K.

• The Plant Technical Manager will have a BS degree with an engineering major.
• Working knowledge of PSM, RMP, ISO, Responsible Care.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a chemical manufacturing environment.
• Participates in HES activities provided by site management.
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
