The Infrastructure & Support Manager will lead enterprise support operations while playing a key role in technical architecture, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, infrastructure modernization, and technology standards across the organization.
This is not simply a support management role. We are looking for someone who is technically strong, has operated in a complex enterprise environment, and can lead people while remaining close enough to the technology to architect solutions, solve difficult infrastructure problems, and help drive modernization.

- Lead, develop, coach, and manage technical support staff, including performance management, career development, staffing, and workload planning.
- Help define and evolve enterprise technical architecture, infrastructure standards, patterns, and technology roadmaps.

- Lead or support Azure and Microsoft 365 consolidation, migration, standardization, and modernization initiatives.
- Partner closely with Platform Engineering, Data Services, Application Development, Cybersecurity, and other technology leaders.
- Establish and monitor service-level agreements and key performance indicators for incident response, ticket resolution, system availability, and service delivery.
- Lead infrastructure and support incident management, escalations, root-cause analysis, and post-incident reviews.
- Develop and maintain infrastructure architecture standards, technical documentation, diagrams, and governance practices.
- Drive continuous improvement of support processes, tooling, automation, and knowledge-management practices.
- Ensure infrastructure and support operations align with enterprise security, governance, risk, and compliance requirements.
- Manage infrastructure and support vendors, contracts, licensing, performance, and escalations.
- Contribute to infrastructure budgeting, forecasting, technology investment planning, and vendor spend management.
- Support cross-company infrastructure initiatives including tenant consolidation, platform standardization, modernization, and affiliate integration.
- Represent Infrastructure and Support in cross-functional technology planning, project, and governance initiatives.
