We’re looking for a Technical Specialist to provide product support, technical training, and regulatory guidance to customers and internal teams. This role involves problem-solving, creating technical materials, and collaborating across departments. Up to 50% travel required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support customer onboarding with technical and regulatory expertise

  • Troubleshoot product and instrumentation issues

  • Conduct research and interpret scientific and regulatory information

  • Create training materials, documentation, and technical content

  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Regulatory teams on product resources

  • Monitor regulatory updates and communicate impacts

  • Assist in product development, validation, and launch activities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Clinical lab experience (MT/MLT) or 5–7 years relevant experience preferred

  • Strong communication and technical documentation skills

  • Experience with automated/open-platform instruments a plus

  • Must live in CA, NV, AZ, NM, TX, UT, CO, OR, or WA

  • Must live within 45 minutes of a major airport

  • Ability to travel up to 50%
