Primary Responsibilities:
 Analyze and scope business requirements and opportunities to define detailed requirements and design specifications. Specifications include functional specifications, process designs, user interface (UI) designs and end-user documentation.
 Create Business Analysis documents including Business cases, Business Requirement Documents, Functional Requirement Documents, System Requirement Documents, Requirements Traceability Matrix, Roadmaps, Process Maps, Workflow diagrams, Use Cases etc.
 Conduct design and test reviews with the project teams to ensure systems design, development, and testing are aligned to support the intended objectives.
 Prepare business processes workflows and conduct gap analysis for as-is and to-be processes
 Review systems architecture design documents to ensure the design can be mapped back to the requirements (requirements traceability)
 Evaluate capabilities/limitations of existing systems
 Prepare procurement documents including RFPs (Request for Procurement) and RFQs (Request for Quote)


Job Specifications:
 Post-secondary degree/diploma in Business Administration, IT or a related discipline with 3-5 years' related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience;
 Experience in conducting research, data collection/analysis and report writing;
 Exceptional analytical skills, including the ability to synthesize complex and voluminous information into written reports;
 Proven ability to work with a broad range of stakeholders and ability to multi-task are a must;
 Proficiency in diagramming tools is required, MS Visio preferred.
 Previous experience on business process improvement projects, documented and analyzed business processes, calculated benefits for proposed changes, presented solutions, and developed final deliverables;
 Strong research, analytical and problem solving ability
