Main Sequence Technologies Inc. is seeking entry level Tech Support Analysts to work in its Willoughby, Ohio location. In this role, you will provide support to end-users of our various software solutions on a variety of issues. You will identify, research, and resolve technical problems by responding to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support. Other duties include; Documenting, tracking, and monitoring problems to ensure a timely resolution.

• Bachelor Degree is Preferred
• PC or MAC Skills are essential
• SQL knowledge is a plus
