JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Impulse, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Team Lead in Rochester Hills, MI. Our client is a leader in the manufacturing of electronic and mechatronic products. The Team Lead is responsible for managing a team of production workers, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met while maintaining smooth workflow on the assembly line.
Responsibilities of a Team Lead includes:
- Lead and supervise a team of assembly line workers to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Monitor workflow and adjust staffing or resources as needed to maintain efficiency.
- Oversee inventory levels to ensure the availability of materials for uninterrupted production.
- Enforce safety regulations and company policies to maintain a secure and compliant work environment.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to team members, fostering a productive and motivated workforce.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues affecting assembly processes, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of assembly processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing production needs.
- Preferred: 1-2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a production or assembly environment.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
Shift: Second Shift 3:00pm-11:00pm
