About the Role:

As the Team Lead, Logistics Management, you will oversee the daily operations of the logistics team while helping drive performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. This role is responsible for leading and developing team members, managing customer relationships, supporting business growth, and ensuring high levels of service within a fast-paced 3PL environment. You’ll play a key role in setting the tone of the department and creating a collaborative, solutions-focused culture.

What Will You Do?

Lead the day-to-day operations of the logistics team through coaching, mentoring, and performance support. Monitor load activity, margin performance, order accuracy, and billing consistency to ensure operational excellence. Serve as a key point of contact between customers, vendors, and internal departments to support strong communication and customer service. Resolve shipment issues, delays, and operational challenges in a fast-moving environment while supporting the team through escalations and problem-solving. Organize and participate in customer meetings to review performance, discuss ongoing needs, and identify opportunities to improve services and grow partnerships. Support business development efforts through upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Monitor KPIs, maintain customer SOPs, and identify opportunities for process improvements that increase efficiency and service quality. Provide ongoing training and cross-training to ensure team members can support customer needs across multiple accounts and service areas.

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of logistics, transportation, or supply chain experience in a customer-facing environment.
Previous leadership or team lead experience within a 3PL or brokerage environment preferred.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational setting.
Experience tracking KPIs, margin performance, and operational metrics.
Strong attention to detail and ability to drive accountability across the team.
Comfortable working cross-functionally with customers, carriers, and internal departments.
